About
Why
Chinese paintings are full of small details that are easy to miss, and the notes that explain them usually sit far away in a catalogue. I wanted a simpler way in: an interactive one, where you unroll the scroll yourself, find a mark, and the explanation comes to you right there. The hope is that more people can read these paintings, and enjoy them, a little more closely.
